You should receive your order within the following timescales, unless stated otherwise via email and or within the product description.

UK - 3 to 5 working days.
Europe - 5 to 7 working days.
Other areas of the world are subject to the postal service schedules.

Whilst we will endevour to deliver in the above timescale we can not gaurantee this.

Our delivery charges are as follows:-

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland - £8.15
Europe, including Republic of Ireland - £20.00
Rest of the World - £25.00

For National & International parcels up to 2 kg, we use the Royal Mails' recorded delivery service. Above 10kg, we use Parcel Force Worldwide for International parcels. You will need to sign for your parcel. Please also note that we are unable to ship to P O Box addresses. PCSG Limited reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

We can also ship by courier if you require faster overseas delivery. Please contact us for a quote.

We will endeavour to deliver your goods if in stock within 2-3 working days (with the exception of weekends & public holidays) but time shall not be of the essence. If we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason you will be notified and will not be obliged to pay for the goods. If delivery of the goods is delayed by more than 30 days, other than bespoke or long lead items of which you will have been informed, you shall be entitled to contact us and cancel the order. Any monies paid in respect of goods, which are not delivered, will be refunded.

Goods, other than faulty goods, may not be returned after 7 days unless we agree that there is good reason for us to receive such goods back, if we agree to accept these goods back into stock they are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We recommend that you make full use of our sales team for advice prior to purchase.

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us as soon as practicable. We shall arrange collection of the goods (other than used goods) and will either replace the goods at no extra charge, or refund any monies paid by you for the goods.

Primary Care Supplies Group Limited must be notified within 48hours if any part of your order is missing.

No liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery will be accepted by Primary Care Supplies Group Limited.
