If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 7 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange.

Returning Goods
We have split returns into two sections these are Faulty Goods or Unwanted Goods.

Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s). We would ask that the faulty item(s) is returned within 14 days. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return postage. Proof of the cost of postage will be required.

Unwanted Goods
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), (not the postage), that you return in the above condition, within 30 days from the day you first notified of your intention to cancel.

Condition of Goods
All returns must be in unopened and in an absolutely resalable condition and contain the original packing material again unopened, manuals and blank warranty cards. Primary Care Supplies Group Limited will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error. Certain Products that carry no return warning will not be accepted for return under any circumstances, such as consumable items, other than damaged in transport so we may claim from our insurance company the sum lost. 

A Return good authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.
